Welcome to our site!
For several decades, the Family Farm Pavlić has been engaged in conventional and organic agricultural production of fruits, vegetables and crops in agricultural areas of approx. 15 ha.
In 1970 the tradition of growing and processing cabbage began, today Croatian native species, known as “Varaždin cabbage” that has survived to this day with the use of traditional processes and recipes.
In 2004 we launched the project for organically grown and somewhat forgotten fruit species elderberry. The first plantation under environmental control for this fruit species was registered in the Republic of Croatia on the surface of five acres. The plantation includes 2500 trees of elderberry cultivars “Haschberg”, planted in a naturally pristine and protected environment in the municipality of Orle.
In 2007 we established a manufacturing facility for processing fruits and vegetables, and the development of the first organic products based on the elder flower and berries began. In collaboration with an expert team of agronomists and food technologists, we developed a range of unique and distinctive local and organic products.
In 2008 the young quince orchard “Leskovac” was created, and the product line to growing vegetable crops: tomatoes, beets, potatoes, etc. was expanded.
Our mission is to unite the entire production process, from cultivation and processing to the final product, of the almost forgotten traditional plants, in compliance with environmental and natural laws.
